Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines our cancellation procedures.

Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@apexfurni.com or call +1 970-768-0415 during business hours. Provide your order number and request cancellation.

Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Whether we can cancel your order depends on its current status in our processing and fulfillment system. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and once an order enters the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we are able to successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipment:

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you have two options:

Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it. Please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs if your order qualified for free shipping based on the order total.

Accept delivery and initiate a return: You may accept the delivery and then follow our standard returns process. You must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cutoff Time:

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the next business day. If you place an order close to this cutoff time and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing:

Approved cancellations and refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
