Warranty Coverage:

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper assembly or maintenance.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at info@apexfurni.com or call +1 970-768-0415 with your order number and photographic evidence showing the damage or defect.

DOA claims must include clear photos of:

The damaged or defective product

The packaging (if damage appears to be shipping-related)

Any visible defects or issues

Resolution Options:

Upon verification of a valid DOA claim or warranty issue, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Return shipping for the defective item will be covered by us.

Repair: For certain products, we may offer repair instructions or replacement parts to resolve the issue.

Refund: We may issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, if a replacement or repair is not feasible.

Warranty Exclusions:

Products marked as final sale or sold "as-is"

Photographic evidence (required for DOA claims within 48 hours)

Warranty Period:

DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For other warranty issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your concern.

Limitation of Liability:

This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
